Where I lived in WY is regarded as one of the worse towns for drivers. Our problem here is we have such a mix of people with different driving habits that they don't all belong on the same road together.
Ummm....yeah...it was intentional. That was the premise for the joke. It could be taken two different ways, and the joke lies in the second meaning. Hence, the explanatory quote.
I suppose I should throw in a *bah-dum tish* at the end of my jokes....;)

ReplyDeleteI would say that the degree of bad drivers in a population are directly correlated to the percentage of old people and immigrants.
