All in the Family featured the curmudgeonly Archie Bunker. Archie was television’s most famous grouch, blunt, blustering, straightforward and untouched by the PC crowd. He was the archetype of the conservative male. Michael desprately tried to reeducate him, but he persisted in his breviloquence.

Pumpkin Carving



A couple of points if you opt for this method for carving your pumpkin this year.
  1. You still have to hollow out the inside of the pumpkin first, otherwise it will explode when you shoot it.
  2. You might want to consider a better backstop than shooting into the woods.
  3. Don't use anything bigger than a 40.  I'm sure a 44 mag wouldn't turn out as nice.

    Think I'd stick with the old fashioned way -- have the kids carve it.

    I'll buy them ice cream afterwards, and it'll still be cheaper.

    I'm sure he reloads. He has one vid that he uses a rifle. I think its more fun this way.

    Yeah, he used 13-round magazines and reloaded twice. I counted 13 from the first and third magazines, but only 12 from the second. So either he didn't fully load the second mag, or he fired two shots quick enough that I only heard one of them.

    Well sure, it's more fun. I was just considering the economics of it.

    I pretty much love this guy's channel. I'd like to have his range. Actually, I could, but it would mess up my hunting.
