All in the Family featured the curmudgeonly Archie Bunker. Archie was television’s most famous grouch, blunt, blustering, straightforward and untouched by the PC crowd. He was the archetype of the conservative male. Michael desprately tried to reeducate him, but he persisted in his breviloquence.

Looking back at the last 40 years, we realize: ARCHIE WAS RIGHT!

There was no looting in Dallas at a rally to support lawlessness in Ferguson Mo.  This might have had something to do with it.

Open Carry Advocates Shadow #MikeBrown Protesters in Dallas – No Vandalism Reported

Three members of an open carry group called Come and Take It Texas had rifles over their shoulders as they followed a small group of Ferguson protesters who marched through downtown Dallas Wednesday night.
Marchers stayed on the sidewalk the entire time and never left Lamar St. as they walked into downtown by El Centro College and returned to Dallas police headquarters where they started.
The open carry advocates said they respected the marchers’ right to protest but decided to show up to protect private property.
“We’ll stand between them and private property,” said Matthew Short, from Come and Take It.
Three Texas rednecks did what the Missouri National Guard, Eric Hold and Obummer were unable to do.  They kept the peace simply by being themselves.

  1. I have long been wondering when normal law abiding citizens were going to basically put the cops and government elitists on notice by making a quiet show of force to keep the peace.

This was awesome. It also brings to mind the pathetic losers of the Seattle PD leadership that one year when they basically cowered behind barricades and let the rioters run amok.

I know it was in Seattle, but that was beyond shameful and irresponsible.

  2. Obama and Holder aren't unable to keep the peace. They are unwilling to, and in total refusal to do so.

Huge, HUGE difference. They have been desperately trying to have a boil over for several years now. I have been suspecting that the time isn't right for it, and therefore God isn't letting it happen quite yet.

This brings up a thought for me. After the 2012 election, the next day I sensed the dam gates had been lifted slightly, and there was an evil loosened upon the land. I could feel and sense the tension.

But after this mid terms, I actually felt a sense of optimism that I haven't felt for a very long time. That is why I have to think that it isn't all over quite yet for this Country.

Wasn't it the prophet Balaam who got into a bit of trouble with God because he was upset that the people of Nineveh actually repented and avoided God's wrath? So weirder things have happened in man's history.

  3. Balaam?

I think you are thinking about Noah.

Your observation is on the money, its not a matter of unable to do the job, its unwilling. The destruction of America is intentional.
