All in the Family featured the curmudgeonly Archie Bunker. Archie was television’s most famous grouch, blunt, blustering, straightforward and untouched by the PC crowd. He was the archetype of the conservative male. Michael desprately tried to reeducate him, but he persisted in his breviloquence.

A Touch of Class

Dateline UK  Man sends bosses resignation cake

A Cambridgeshire baker ditched his day job at Stansted Airport - by sending his bosses a resignation cake.
Chris Holmes, 31, of Sawston, baked a cake for his managers at the Border Force agency - with his notice piped in icing.
 
From what I can tell Border Force is akin to customs/TSA/Homeland security in the USA, in their duties.  The whole story of quiting a government job to start your on business and spend time with your family is touching.  What brought a tear of joy to my eyes was another thought.  What if everyone at the TSA suddenly quit wrecking air travel and quit the government to do anything else?

How awesome would that be?
